Expert Witness Vehicle Valuations
I provide independent expert witness services in matters where vehicle value is disputed, contested, or materially affects legal outcome. My work supports solicitors, counsel, and the courts with clear, evidence-led valuation opinion across family, civil, and criminal proceedings.
I act as a Single Joint Expert and as a party-appointed expert, producing transparent, defensible reports that comply with the relevant procedural rules and are prepared with scrutiny in mind. Instructions range from straightforward valuation disputes to complex, high-value and forensic cases involving incomplete, conflicting, or unreliable evidence.
My role is not to advocate, but to assist the court. All opinions are independent, proportionate, and grounded in specialist market knowledge, documentary evidence, and investigative analysis where required.
