Expert Witness Valuations

Serving as an Expert Witness is the core of my work. I provide independent non-AI expert witness vehicle valuations where vehicle value is disputed, contested, or materially affects legal outcome. My work supports solicitors, counsel, and the courts with clear, evidence-led valuation opinion across family, civil, and criminal proceedings.

I believe that fair and impartial valuation evidence should be accessible to all and I regularly accept instructions funded by Legal Aid.

I act as a Single Joint Expert or party expert, producing transparent, defensible reports that comply with the relevant procedural rules and are prepared with scrutiny in mind. Instructions range from single vehicle disputes to multi-vehicle matters involving six- and seven-figure values, including classic, performance, and specialist vehicles where condition, specification, and provenance materially affect outcome.

All opinions are independent, proportionate, and grounded in specialist market knowledge, documentary evidence, and investigative analysis where required. I do not use AI for valuation work.

I prefer to work directly with instructing solicitors and clients. I do not accept instructions from expert agencies.
